Shipping Policy
DeliveryEvery product is made to order. This means a short production window before your order ships — but no overproduction, no excess stock, and a product made specifically for you.
We will endeavor to produce and dispatch your order within 2–10 business days of the order being placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. This is separate from, and in addition to, your shipping time. Timeframes may vary by product and supplier. Current estimates are displayed on each product page.
Estimated delivery times below are a guide only and are calculated from day of dispatch. Regional and international deliveries may take slightly longer than metro areas.
- Australia: approximately 3–14 business days after dispatch
- International: varies by destination — estimated timeframes are shown at checkout where available
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details. Availability may vary by carrier and destination.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to show updates.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If something doesn't arrive as expected, contact us at support@themerchedit.com.au and we'll do what we can to help.
Refunds & Returns
ReturnsBecause every item is made to order, our returns policy reflects that. Please take a moment to read this before purchasing.
We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for your order, so we ask that you review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing it.
If something arrives that isn't right, we'll make it right. We'll offer a replacement or refund where:
- The item is faulty or of unacceptable quality
- It was damaged in transit
- The wrong item was sent
To raise a claim, contact us at support@themerchedit.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Where a claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our election. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe once the claim has been verified.
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits or removes any guarantee or remedy you are entitled to under that law.
