All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–10 business days depending on the product, before your order is dispatched. Timeframes may vary by product and supplier — current estimates are displayed on each product page. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Because all items are made to order and production begins immediately, cancellation windows are very limited. Please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
As all items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. If it still hasn't updated after that time, please send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it.
