About the offer
What does the complimentary setup include?
Product and range direction, supplier and fulfilment setup, store design and build, product preparation and launch-ready presentation. After launch, The Merch Edit continues to manage the orders, supplier coordination, updates and ongoing work behind the store.
Does it include free merchandise?
No. The complimentary offer covers the managed merchandise store setup. Products are made to order when someone purchases through the store. It does not include free stock, garments or merchandise inventory.
Are there monthly management fees?
No monthly management fee applies. Ongoing store management is included after launch. Optional seasonal refreshes are separate and can be added when the range needs updating.
About entering
Who can enter?
Eligible Australian gyms, studios and clubs located in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. The business must be actively trading and able to participate in the onboarding and approval process. Full requirements are set out in the promotion terms.
Can we enter if we already offer merchandise?
Yes, provided the business meets the full eligibility requirements. The promotion may still be relevant where merchandise is currently managed through stock, manual orders, occasional releases or another internal process.
How are the three businesses drawn?
All entries included in the applicable draw pool have an equal and random chance of being drawn. Three primary positions and a ranked Reserve List are drawn electronically. Each provisionally drawn business is then verified against the published eligibility and follow requirements before it can be confirmed as a Winner.
What happens after a business is drawn?
The business is contacted by email and asked to complete the published verification and confirmation requirements by the applicable deadline. This includes confirming eligibility, satisfying the follow requirement, accepting the Prize, nominating a primary project contact and signing the Winner Onboarding Pack. If the business does not complete those requirements, is found ineligible or declines the Prize, the Prize may be offered through the Reserve process or redrawn in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Can we work with The Merch Edit without waiting for the draw?
Yes. Businesses can contact The Merch Edit directly at any time to explore a managed merchandise store.
